Ginger Vintage came to life in Doncaster, South Yorkshire, in 2019. I, Larissa, established the business at the young age of 23 with no previous experience, qualifications, or customer base. Now, I am proud to have both vast experience and a solid understanding of the business, along with a strong and dedicated customer base. My goal is to continue developing and expanding the business to its deserved potential. Sustainable fashion holds great significance to me, owing to the pressing concerns of environmental conservation, waste reduction, and economical spending. I am keen on contributing towards these matters, and Ginger Vintage allows me to do just that. I strive to find use in almost everything, recycling them, and giving them a second life. I also make steady efforts to conserve and repurpose as many items as I can.

WHAT IS GINGER VINTAGE

Ginger Vintage is a vintage company that supplies clothing, shoes and accessories for men, women and children. We aim to supply most shapes and sizes. Even the odd household item in stock here and there. Just to add variety and practicality. Everything is in one place! Our entire inventory ranges from the 50's to the 00's.

PRICING

Every item you see on the page, has been handpicked by myself. I do not blind buy (wholesale) anything!! As I like to know what I’m buying. I like to see, feel and approve of items, before purchasing.

Everything I buy is taken home, washed, cleaned and ironed before being photographed and making it onto the website.

All stock is of a true / genuine vintage style / era. I like to think I have a good eye for the items I purchase and stock. And like to think my prices are fair and affordable too.

ABOUT THE STOCK

I try to keep the prices of my products as low and affordable as possible. However, when adding a price tag to a product, my time, effort and research is taken into account. Some items may be slightly higher than others. This is due to things like age, style, brand and condition of the product. Again, postage prices vary depending on the weight, size and value of the item. Cost of packaging materials are reflected in the price too. As Presentation is important to me and the company.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS 

Return / Refund requests must be made within 1 week from purchasing. If the returns period is missed, you will not be entitled to a refund, but will have the option to exchange the item or be gifted a credit note.

Items must be returned in a clean and tidy condition. Return them like you received them. If they come with tags / labels attached, these must be kept on. Other wise your return will not be accepted. And a refund will not be processed.

We DO NOT accept refunds / returns on sale items or items with any faults / flaws (Which will be listed in the description) Please be aware of this before purchasing.

Every item will be photographed, described and measured as accurately as possible. Please ask for measurements, if you are unsure on our sizing. As vintage sizes are known to be different to modern sizing and we want to avoid any disappointment.

We do not sell any items with any stains, marks or damages. And any item that may have a minor fault will be noted in the description. And this will also be reflected in the price of the item.

Please note; Lighting may change the true tone / colour of an item slightly. So we do add the colour  in the variants section and add a description box below; to be as accurate as possible. We are more than happy to provide extra photos and even videos, on request, to make sure you are satisfied with the item, before purchasing.
